Ryan Erpestead installed the system. The system installation included a 1500-gallon, two-compartment Valley Precast concrete septic tank with an effluent filter installed on the outlet tee. This filter must be cleaned annually, or as needed. Risers were used to bring the septic tank manhole lids to grade for access and monitoring. An ejector pump was required in the basement of the residence to allow shallow installation of the septic tank. The ejector pump was specified by the plumber and is not included in this design. Effluent gravity flows from the septic tank to a distribution box, which was accessible from grade. The STA consists of three rows of 17 ‘Quick 4’ Infiltrator® chambers, for a total of 51 chambers an d 612 square feet of infiltrative area. There was at least 6-feet of undistributed soil between each trench. Inspection ports were placed at the beginning and end of each trench. The ports may be placed in sprinkler boxes for access from grade. The OWTS was generally installed according to specifications. This observation is not a guarantee of workmanship and/or parts and materials. ALL SERVICE septic, LLC should be notified if changes are made to the OW TS in the future. Any additional OWTS construction must be according to the county regulations. LIMITS: Observations are limited to components that are visible at the time of the inspection. The installer must have documented and demonstrated knowledge of the requirements and regulations of the county in which they are working. The quality of the installation is dependent of the expertise of the installer, soil type, and weather conditions. Please call with questions.
