Glenn Hartmann forwarded your recent email to me. The owner & subject property as referenced in your letter has
already received a building permit from our office on Sept. 9, 2018. This building permit application did not include a
septic permit, nor was there any other indication or reference to a septic system.
As a result, the Building Dept. does not have any indication that construction of a septic system is the Applicant's intent.

l'm contacting you because I wanted to make sure that the County was aware that the above address is within the
boundaries of the Springs Valley Sanitation District and subject to the District's Rules and Regulations. lt has come to
our attention that this customer may be considering a septic system for her property.
We have notified the customer that she will need to connect to the District's sanitary sewer system (letter attached), but
we wanted to make the County aware, as well.
