All representations of the Applicant contained in the application shall be considered conditions of approval unless specifically modified by the Director's Decision. 2. The operation of the solar facility shall be done in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and local regulations governing the operation of this type of facility. 3. The applicant shall complete any reclamation activities as indicated in the application, 4. No lighting is permitted on the site in association with the project. 5. Signage around the perimeter of the facility warning of electrical shock shall be installed. 6. Electrical infrastructure shall be appropriately maintained to prevent any potentialwildfire hazard. 7. The applicant shall comply with any Holy Cross Energy requirements for connection to the electric grid. 8. Any unintended glare issues shall be subject to mitigation acceptable to the Communi$ Development Director. 9. The applicant shall abide by Garfield County and State of Colorado noxious weed requirements.
