Per our conversations a couple of months back, I am writing this email to document the expiration of the
Ziegler Solar Facility approval. The application was approved by the Board of County Commissioners on
March 26th,2Ol8 with Conditions of Approval. The applicant has one-year from the date of the approval to
complete required Conditions of Approval or request an extension. The year period expired on March 26th,
2019 without a request for an extension or with the applicant meeting the required Conditions of Approval.
This email serves as a record that the application has been closed out and will be included in the file.
