Grantor, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which are hereby acknowledged, does hereby bargain,

81647, Grantee, an easement for private access as more particularly described in Exhibits A and
B, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all appurtenances and privileges
thereto belonging or in anywise thereto appertaining.
