BASEMENT FOR LODGING PURPOSES 15 ALSO SPECIFICALLY PROHIBITED UNDER
CONDITIONS OF THIS PERMIT.

ALLOWED, BUT COUNTERTOP AREA IS LIMITED TO 25 SQUARE FEET MAXIMUM, AND
THE WET BAR MAY ONLY INCLUDE A SINGLE BAR SINK AND NO STANDARD SIZE KITCHEN
APPLIANCES SUCH AS A STOVE, OVEN, DISHWATSHER OR FULL-SIZE REFRIGERATOR.
5) tNSPECTOR TO VERtFy TOTAL NUMBER OF BEDROOMS AT EXISTING RESIDENCE + ONE
ADDITIONAL BEDROOM AT BASEMENT FINISH AREA TO CONFIRM SEPTIC TANK OVERALL
SIZE REQUIREMENTS PER GARFIELD COUNTY,S O.W.T.S. REQUIREMENTS. HOMEOWNER
SHALL PROVIDE INDEPENDENT THIRD PARTY VERIFICATION OF EXISTING SEPTIC TANK
SIZE PRIOR TO FRAME INSPECTION. ADDITIONAL SEPTIC TANK CAPACITY MAY BE
REQUIRED PRIOR TO FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.

ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL
FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
