WE HAVE REVIEWED THE PLAN SUBMITTAL FOR THE ABOVE MENTIONED
ADU/BARN REMODEL AND ADDITION, AND HAVE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS.
THIS IS A 503 SQ.FT. ADDITION TO THE EXISTING POLE BARN AND
CONVERSION OF THE EXISTING BARN INTO A ADU.
1) ALL CONSTRUCTTON TO MEET ALL TELLER SPRINGS GUIDELINES AND
REQUIREMENTS. NO CONSTRUCTION IS ALLOWED WITHIN ANY SETBACKS
OR EASEMENTS.
2) ALL StDtNG, TRIM, FASCIA, SOFFIT AND ROOFING MATER¡ALS TO MATCH
THE EXISTING BARN AND HOME. ALL COLORS TO MATCH THE EXISTING
BARN AND HOME.
3) A NEW WATER METER WITH A REMOTE READ-OUT SHALL BE INSTALLED
IN THE ADU. PLEASE CALL TELLER SPRINGS FOR AN INSTALL INSPECTION
PRIOR TO C.O.. ALL NEW AND EXISTING WATER SERVICE LINES WITHIN
THE PROPERTY SHALL BE METERED.
4) A LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL BE SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL
PRIOR TO ANY LANDSCAPING BEING INSTALLED. ALL DISTURBED AREAS
SHALL BE FINISHED GRADED AND RE-SEEDED.
5) ANy REVTS|ONS OR ADDITIONS TO THE APPROVED PLANS SHALL BE
SUBMITTED IN WRITING FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL PRIOR TO THE
MODIFICATIONS BEING DONE.
6) A CONSTRUCTION DEPOSIT (REFUNDABLE) SHALL BE MADE PAYABLE
TO THE TELLER SPRINGS H.O.A. IN THE AMOUNT OF $251.50. 503 SQ.FT.
