Building Permit Application - Barn #3 (aka "Foster Barn") 2. OWTS Permit Application We currently have a Grading Permit for this property (Permit # GRAD-04-18-5208). All backup documentation, Site Plan, etc. were submitted with this permit application. At that same time, we submitted both the Building Permit Application and OWTS application. Upon our original submittal, we were informed that we could submit only One copy of the required back-up documentation - Land Use approvals, vicinity map, well information, etc., as all three permit applications were delivered concurrently. I have provided the pertinent information for each application again, however if there is something you are not f inding in the current packets, please refer to documentation pertaining to permit GRAD-04-18-5208. 1. The OWTS Permit Fee of $123.00 was paid with our Check # 24922 dated April 20,2018 2. The Building Permit Fee of $1,523.18was paid by Credit Card ending in 9155 on April 20,2018 2. The two permits were deemed as incomplete, and thus are being re-submitted here with the required changes. The Barn building application was submitted as Residential, but has been deemed by the County as Commercial. The new application reflects this change.
