Mic:
I am currently reviewing plans for Corey DePaolo's new residence located at Six Lazy K Ranch south of Silt. But before I
can finalize my review & issue a building permit, I have a couple of questions related to the site plan that I hope you can
assist me with:
A. Buildinj Footprint — It's unclear as to where exactly the proposed residence will be located on this 40 acre
parcel. Your site plan doesn't match up with that shown in the Soils Report, and neither places the building
footprint within the overall context of the property. Can you please give me a general indication of the proposed
residence location on the attached overview of the property as taken from our GIS mapping?
B. Underground Electric —Your site plan calls out a "below grade power line" and we aren't clear if this indicates
underground electric service for this new home or a utility distribution line. Please clarify.
Thanks for your assistance in clarifying these questions for us so that we can finalize our review.

In regards to the electric line, the owner has to run a new service line to the house, as there are no utilities
currently on the portion of property with the proposed house.
At this point in time it was my understanding he was going to bury it, as compared to poles.

Hey Dave,
To clarify a little more on the electric line for the house. It will be a combination of a over head power line
with a buried potion. We will have to run about 3 to 4 poles to get power to the property and then we will bury
the last potion entering the house. The length of the buried potion will be determined by the most cost effective
uses of the power poles. Hopefully this helps.
Thank you,
Corey DePaolo
