Your taxes for 1976 become due January 1, 1977. One half becomes delinquent
on the first day of March and draws interest at the rate of 6 per cent to July 31.
The balance becomes delinquent on the first day of August when the entire
amount draws Interest at the rate of 8 per cent per annum.
