On a flat lot it wouldn't be as critical, but as we discussed previously, building height is one of the key elements we will need to review before approving the new building location. Once we have the updated drawings it should only take us 3-5 business days to get plans back to you. Any excavation and site work completed prior to approved plan amendments will be done at your own risk. Attached you will find my septic design. On another note, we discussed previously the possibility of my house moving locations......well that is indeed the case. We moved 60 feet directly west. Do you need the entire site page 100 percent complete before I start digging or can I give you the new location and turn over the new grading plan once complete shortly after starting. Thank you for the time. Let me know if you have any questions Ryan Pratt 1 on Tue, 1vn27,2017 at 1:23 PM. In regards to the septic system, I am working with Carla Ostberg to get that system engineered. As soon as we have that complete, I will get that tumed over to you as soon as possible. I am also aware of the sprinkler system required per the plat note. I do have that item included for my construction process. I have spoken to Bill Gavette in regards to the system and have an understanding of his requirements for that system and fully intend to accommodate those. I will defer to Brian Kurtz in regards to the IRC. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Again, thank you for the time, I appreciate it. This will save you from seeking a grading permit in order to get started with your excavation. Once you receive the engineered septic system design from Carla, please submit a copy to our office for our records And should you decide to relocate your building on the site because of your neighbor's concerns, please submit amended plans for our review & approval including site plan, exterior elevations and any other drawings that are revised/updated. You can submit any subsequent changes to your approved plans as "Amended Plans" which we typically review & return within 5 business days. Again, once we receive email verificat¡on from Brian Kurtz, we should be ready to issue the Building Permit rather quickly. Thanks again for your assistance & good luck with your project.
