Brooke,
The property at L85 Apache Dr. in the Elk Creek Subdivision outside of New Castle, should be exempt from any Road and
Bridge setbacks or easement issues, as these are not Garfield County maintained roads and are roads maintained by the
subdivision HOA. The proposed retaining wall that needs to be rebuilt, has been there for a very long time and should be
grandfathered in I would think. lt does not propose any issues with the traveling public and if not rebuilt they will
eventuallyhavetoparkontheedgeoftheroad,whichwillcauseissueswiththetravelingpublic. lfyouhaveany
questions on this please feel free to give me a call.
Thanks,
