The proposed retaining wall that needs to be rebuilt, has been there for a very long time and should be grandfathered in I would think. lt does not propose any issues with the traveling public and if not rebuilt they will eventuallyhavetoparkontheedgeoftheroad,whichwillcauseissueswiththetravelingpublic. lfyouhaveany questions on this please feel free to give me a call.
