Legal Access. A Building Permit cannot be issued without proof oflegal and adequate access to the property for pwposes of inspections by the Building Department.
Other Pe rmit•. Multiple separate pennits may be required: (I ) State Electrical Penni~ (2) County ISDS Permi~ (3) another pennit required for usc on tl1e property identi fied above, e.g. State or
County Highway/ Road Access or a State Wastewater Discharge Permit.
Voicl Permit. A Building Permit becomes null and void if the work authorized is not commenced within 180 days of the date of issuance and if work is suspended or abandoned for a period of 180

and specifications and other data submitted by me or on my bebalf(submittals), based upon my ce rtificati on as to accuracy.
Asswning completeness of the submittals and approval of this Application, a Building Permit will be issued granting permission to me, as Owner, to construct the structurc(s) and fac itities detailed on
the submittals reviewed by the Building Department
In conside ration of th e issuance of the Building Penni~ I agree ~wtl and my agents will comply with provisions of any fi:deral, stale or local law regulating the work and th e Garfield County Building
Code, ISDS regulations and applicable land use regulations (County Rcgula lion(s)). I acknowledge that the Building Permit may be suspended or revoked, upon notice from the County, if the location,
construction or usc of the structure(s) and fucility(ies), descri bed above, arc not in compliance with County Regulalion(s) or any other applicable law.
