Subject: Springridge Reserve, Lot 26 - Fire Sprinkler Reqts.

I have reviewed plans for a new residence to be located at Springridge Reserve — Phase 1, Lot 26. Prior to issuing this
building permit I wanted to inform you that one of the conditions of our approval is that the residence is required to
have an automatic fire sprinkler system. As you may know, all buildings in Springridge Reserve over 3,600 sq. ft. in size
are required to have a fire sprinkler system, and the total "fire area" of the residence + covered roofs + attached single -
car garage totals = 4,705 SF. Please note that the detached two -car garage (Floor Area = 940 SF) is not subject to the fire
sprinkler requirement.
You will need to verify all fire sprinkler requirements and coordinate inspections with Greg Bak, over at Glenwood
Springs Fire District. For your convenience, I have copied Greg on this email or you can reach him by phone at (970) 384-
6480.
Prior to us releasing your building permit, I will need to receive an email reply from you that you understand and will
abide by these conditions of approval.
