much with the improvements on properties, just the properq/s survey data. We do have a sketch of the building and l've attached a
snip of that to this response, and if you have further quêst¡ons regard¡ng the structure itself l'd recommend you speak to our Chief
Appraiser Neal Bartczak. H¡s extensiÕn is 2435 and he can provide much mcre information on the improvem€nts and sketches than I

Thanks for your follow-up on this, but after reviewing the updated GIS information this morning it still doesn't appear to
reflect the correct size of the existing structure, which again was evidently in use previously as a commercial dog kennel.
Overall size of this existing building per the plans submitted to me is approx. 4,1-00 SF and according to the "Property
Report Card" updated info there is only 240 SF listed as "total heated sq. ft." with only (1) bathroom. Wouldn't it be
typicalto include the "warehouse" area as well? Do you have any photos or sketches/floor plans of this building on file?

Hey Casey:
l,m hoping that you can assist me with some additional info related to the parcel lD as noted in the subject line above
(aka: 164g0 Highway g2, Carbondale). The building application I am currently reviewing on this property states that they
are altering/remodeling an existing concrete block building that was previously used as a commercial dog kennel by
turning it into a single-family residence.
When I review the "Property Record Card" as found on the GIS system, it doesn't provide me with any information
about this building, and in fact it shows the property as "Vacant Com Lots - 0200 (Vacant Land)" . . . However, when I do
a Google Earth pro search, I can clearly see an existing building on th¡s property, and according to the application it is
approx. 4,1-00 S.F. in size.
Can you search the Assessor's Office records to see if you can turn up any additional information about this existing
building?
