THE MAXIMUM ALLOWABLE QUANTITY OF COMBUSTIBLE OR HAZARDOUS MATERIALS AS PER I.B.C., SECTIONS 413 & 4L4. HIGH-PILED OR RACK STORAGE SHALL COMPLY WITH I.F.C., CHAPTER 32. s) A 3-HOUR "FtRE BARR|ER" tS EMPLOYED TO DIVIDE THE BUILDING INTO 2 SEPARATE FIRE AREAS, THEREBY ELIMINATING REQUIREMENT FOR AN AUTOMATIC FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM, THE FIRE BARRIER SHALL COMPLY WITH I.B.C., SECTION 707 IN ITS ENTIRETY. CONTACT THE LOCAL FIRE DISTRICT FOR APPLICABLE I.F.C. REQUIREMENTS, AND FIRE DISTRICTS FINAL APPROVAL REPORT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY. 6) BUtLDtNG tS APPROVED FOR CORE & SHELL CONSTRUCTION. INSULATION ATTHERMAL ENVELOPE SHALL COMply WITH 2009 LE.C.C., SECTTON 502. INTERIOR TENANT IMPROVEMENTS (INCLUDING PARTITION WALLS) MAY REQUIRE ADDITIONAL BUILDING PERMITS' 7l oPEN-HOLE SOILS REPORT lS REQUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION, 2500 P.S.F. 8) ALL HtcH-STRENGTH BOLTTNG AND FTELD WELDING REQUIRES SPECIAL INSPECTOR PER l.B.C., CHAPTER 17. PROVIDE APPROVAL REPORT AT FRAME INSPECTION. 9) EGRESS DOORS SHALL MEET |CC/ANS| A117.1--2009 FOR ACCESSIBILITY. LOCKS, LATCHES & LANDINGS PER I.B.C., SECTION 1008. VERIFY EXIT DIRECTIONAL SIGNAGE PRIOR TO ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN INSPECTION. 10) BUtLDtNc SHALL COMply W|TH ACCESSTBILITY REQUIREMENTS PER LB.C., CHAPTER L1AND tcc/ANSt At17.t-2OOg, INCLUDtNG PARKTNG, SITE ACCESS, ENTRANCES AND RESTROOMS. BATHROOM FACILITIES TO MEET MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR SIZE, LAYOUT, CLEARANCES, FEATURES, ETC. i.1) MECHANTCAL/HEATING SYSTEMS SHALL COMPLY WITH l.M.C. AND |.E.C.C. - SECTION 503. MECHANICAL ROUGH-IN INSPECTION IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO FRAME INSPECTION. 12) PLUMBtNG SHALL COMply W|TH t.P.C. & |.F.G.C. REQUIREMENTS, AND ROUGH-lN INSPECTION IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO FRAME INSPECTION. L3) LTGHT & VENTILATION PER l.B.C., CHAPTER 12. L4) ELECTRTCAL PERMtTTtNG & tNSPECT|ONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH-IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION, AND FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
