The roof design load of 40 psf is shown on the cover sheet of the Rolling Acres plans. The deck design was based on a 40
psf live load.

Thank you for the email. Please find attached an e-copy of the soils report. (l also left a hard copy at the counter with
the plans when I submitted the application, so hopefully that's on file too).
l'll request the snow load info from the engineer and we'll get that to you ASAP.

Engineer's plans.
Snow Load Reqts. - The Engineer's plans/specifications do not call out minimum snow load
requirements. Please have the Engineer send me an email confirming that foundation design
meets Garfield County's minimum snow load requirements of 40 PSF.
Once we receive this outstanding information we should be able to issue a permit rather quickly
