The primary topic of conversation was the work that would be needed to bring L.2 miles of County Road 150 above Sweetwater Lake up to county specifications. Listed below in the order they should take place in construction are the needed repairs: 1. A proper drainage plan including a station by station location for the installation of culverts. 2. Clearing of brush the entire length of the project. 3. Removing of dirt and rockfrom points station by station to improve line of sight and widen roadway. 4. Placing of above surplus material- in roadway as sub-base to build up roadway. 5. After all of rough work is completed, a general dressing up of entire area with a maintainer. A second meeting with the same group was held on site Friday, Oct. 7, 1983. Approximately.S of a mile of the above work has been satisfactorily completed and progress in commencing on the remaining .4 of a miIe. The construction equipment was on site and it appears that an addit- ional 30 working days will be needed to complete the project. Please adv uly Leonard A.
