Re: Summary of Preliminary/Final Review - 93 River Glen
Dear Chris:
The Design Review Committee (DRC), during their regular meeting on October l6rh,20lg
conducted a preliminary and final review for the proposed roof extension at 93 River Glen.
The DRC did not receive any negative comments from the notice to neighbors and found that the
preliminary/final review is complete and approved.
Although the plan is approved, the DRC did make an architectural suggestion to move the
support posts in away from the end corners of the structure. If you do choose to make this
change, please forward me the final drawings so the plan I have on file is accurate for final
inspection.
The DRC review fee for minor additions is $1,650. I understand you have mailed a check for this
amount and I will send an email confirmation upon receipt. Please be aware that this fee covers
2.5 hours of review time, which includes preliminary/final review, a pre-construction meeting,
final inspection, and attendant administrative time. If for some reason the review process
exceeds 2.5 hours, an additional fee will be charged at arate of $600 per hour.
As per our agreement, the $166/month Security Access Fee (SAF), $300 Construction Road
Access Fee (CRAF), and the $5,000 Builder's Completion deposit will be due at time of County
Building Permit receipt.
Finally, the HOA has adopted a schedule of Violations & Fines. A copy of which is attached to
this letter and will be provided to your contractor at the pre-construction meeting. Please
familiarize yourself and your sub-contractors with this schedule to avoid unnecessary costs. Sign
and return this document to my attention in advance of construction.
