More specifically, we require a Colorado licensed Professional Engineer to provide structural engineering for this remodel/addition including the following details: r Base plate connection between bottom of new 8 x 8 posts and existing steel beam below including waterproofing at existing deck ¡ Connection between new heavy timber beams and 8 x 8 posts o Connection between new heavy t¡mber beams and corner posts at exísting wall framing r Verify timber ridge and/or blocking requirements between new timber roof trusses - large timber ridge beam is shown on East Elevation but is not depicted ¡n timber truss details o Verify truss connect¡ons at collar tie please submit supplemental drawíngs clarifying this work and provide the Engineer's wet-seal/stamp on these amended drawings so that we can finalize our review and issue a building permit.
