data submitted by me or on my behalf (submittals!, bascd upon rny cêrtmcetlon as to âccuracy. Assuming
completeness of the submlttals and approval of thb epplicât¡on, â Bulldiry Permit will be issued grentlng
permisslon to me, âs Ovynet to construct the structure(s) and facilltles detalled on the submittals revlenæd by
the Bulldlng Dlvlslon. ln conslderatlon of the lssuance of the Building Permlt, I agree that I and my agents wlll
comply with provlsions of any federal, state or loc¡l law pgulating the work and the Garfield County Euilding
Code, OWTS regulations and appllcable land use rcgulatlons {C"ounty Regulation(s}}. I acknowledge that the
Buildlng permit may be suspended or revoked, upon notioe from the County, if the location, constructlon or use
of the structure(s) and facllffiles), descrlbed above, are not in compllance with County Regulatlon(s) or any
other appllcable law.
I hereby grant permission to the Bulldlng Dlvíslon to erìtêr the property, descrlbed above, to inspectthc work. I
further acknowledge that the lssuance of the Bu¡ldlng Permtt does not prevent the Building offlclal ftom: {1}
requiring the correct¡on of errors in the submittals, lf any. dlscovered after lssuance; or (21 stopping
construction or use of the structure(s) or facillty{les} if such ls ln violation of County Regulatlon(s} or any other
appllcable law. Review of this Appllcatlon, lncludlng submíttals, and lnspectlons of the work bythe Bullding
Division do not constltute en acceptance of responslblllty or liabillty by the County of errors, omlsslons or
