After looking over the soils report that you sent over yesterday, it looks like this 4 -page report from HP -Kumar is probably an addendum to the original soils report. This follow-up report describes the pier foundation option and references the original report (dated 11/7/2016 and identified as HP -Kumar Report #16-7-485). Can you or your Engineer provide us with a digital copy of the original soils report referenced on the Structural drawings? If you can email a copy of this report to me today, I should be able to finalize plan review for the project by the end of business today. The piers were drilled to proper penetration into bedrock, size and depth per the design. I have not had a chance to put the detailed field logs and letter together yet saying that but I am ok with the piers and will follow up in a couple of days with the report. Jim I will copy you directly with that report. If any questions call or e-mail. Thanks Dave Young, P.E.
