After receiving your final plan set on October 29th, 2019, the DRC has the following minor comments on the
plans to be addressed prior to the start of construction:
1. The DRC accepts your Waiver Request for a modification to the Building Envelope dated October 29th,
2019.
2. The colors selected appear to be very close in color to the home on adjacent Lot 58. The colors of the
home are not approved at this time but will be reviewed for approval by the FMR DRC in the future when
an updated material board is submitted.
3. Grading is represented on two different sheets (Conceptual Grading and Construction Management)
differently. The DRC accepts/approves the stamped Construction Management plan grading.
4. "Note 4" on the Landscaping Plan will not be allowed. Berms are not permitted in accordance with DRC
Guideline 3.3. Excess material shall be removed from the lot and not used to create landforms.
5. Provide the required DRC review fees and construction deposits to Greg Kontour.
