Work and future inspections will be following the typical process toward getting the final inspection and hopefully certificate of occupancy for the structure. Please note, further inspections are required to verify the corrections made, and we reserve the option of always finding new ¡tems anytime we do any inspections. I believe you also took notes, but please call if you have any questions. Here is what we found on WednesdaY: L. Finish deck drains through patio ceiling' 2. Vent master bath. 3. Add water main shut offs as per code. 4. Complete various roof jacks. 5. Either add additional vent to bathroom or remove bathroom vent penetration through roof 6. Add fire place shutoffs to code. 7. Run gas to furnace and retest pressure test' 8. Makeup air is required for range hood if over 400 cfm. 9. Provide conditioned air for crawl space 10. Repair floor joist cut out for trunk line in crawl space below mechanical platform in garage. 11. Add attic/roof ventilation as per code. Cut out overlayment from ridge. L2. Provide attic access and service platform for mechanical in attic. 13. Provide certification the mold issue was corrected in crawl space. 1-4. Call for shower pan inspections once completed. 15. Verify emergency egress from basement meets code' 16. Complete the fire rated assembly as per architect. 17. Other items as discussed and located during construct¡on.
