ACCORDING TO THE SUBSOILS EXAMINED IN TWO 8 FT DEEP TEST PITS ON MARCH 24TH, NO GROUNDWATER ENCOUNTERED IN THE
PROFILE TEST PIT, THE AVERAGE PERCOLATION RATE WAS DETERMINED TO BE 38 MINUTES PER INCH (MPI), AND THE SOILS ARE "TYPE 3."
(RELATIVELY DENSE, CLAYEY SILTS WITH COBBLES). GROUND SURFACE SLOPE MEASURED BETWEEN 9 TO 15 PERCENT IN THE SOIL
