IT IS THE OPINION OF PSI THAT A BOUNDARY LINE ADJUSTMENT MAY NEED TO TAKE PLACE WITH ADJOINING LAND OWNERS TO SOLIDIFY BOUNDARIES. THE WESTERLY OCCUPATION LINE TO THE FENCE IS REASONABLE FROM HOLDING CORNERS AS SHOWN. THE HOUSE, DRIVEWAY, RETAINING WALLS AND EASTERLY FENCE AS SHOWN ON SAID ILC HAVE BEEN SCANNED IN AND OVERLAYED AND DO NOT FIT THE FIELD LOCATED IMPROVEMENTS. IT IS UNCLEAR WHAT WAS USED TO PREPARE SAID ILC.
