Re: Request for Wavier of Road Impact Fees
Dear Andy:
Colorado Rocky Mountain School is seeking building permits for two single family dwellings
within the site of the former Sheepy Hollow building. Sheepy Hollow has been used for a
variety of purposes since its construction in 1955. The most recent use for any significant
duration (i.e. greater than 2 years), was two 3 -bedroom residential apartments and a preschool.
Vehicle traffic incidental to the new construction will be vastly reduced compared to the
previous use and we are therefore requesting a waiver of any road impact fees. The cover page
of each set of construction documents shows the project site and the former Sheepy Hollow
building which was demolished during the week of November 4, 2019. Please tell me if you
require any additional information about this request.
Kind regards,
Joe White
