An inspection was requested, but due to the holiday, it wasn't in time for an inspection today. I was on site from t1.40 until L2:00 photographing and inspecting the existing conditions in preparation for their concrete pour, and have the following notes: 1. All bar has been properly placed and tied 2. One footer was incorrectly placed and poured. A new footer has been formed and reinforced with the foundation wall formed over the top, so they can make one pour to rectify the situation. All bar has been properly placed and tied in this area. lt was noted that the new footer is wider than the specifications, and the incorrect footer is being used to pour up against. The new footer has been properly tied to the existing footers that have been previously poured. 3. lnsulated blankets are all in place to cover the concrete once poured. 4. Dowels have been drilled into the existing concrete footings, to tie the new to the existing. Bars have been placed and tied properly. 5. The top of foundation pour to the bottom of footing was checked dimensionally to verify there was proper frost protection, and was confirmed' Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
