County Records, located in the Northeast Quarter of
Section 23 in Township 3 South and Range 87 West of
the Sixth Principal Meridian, Garfield County,
Colorado, according to the Independent Resurvey of said
Township and Range as approved on 21 August 1933,
with all bearings contained herein based on a bearing
of N01'26'00"E between the East Quarter Corner and
Northeast Corner of said Section 23, both being found
G.L.O. brass cap monuments, being more particularly
described as follows:
LOT 1 - THATCHER EXEMPTION
Beginning at a point on the Southerly boundary of
Garfield County Road 150 and the Westerly boundary of
that parcel of land described in Book 798 at Page 442
of the Garfield County Records, from which said East
Quarter corner bears S10'13'37E 603.14 feet; thence
along the Southerly boundary said road the following
five (5) courses:
