URSA Resources Watson Ranch B Pump House Building Restraint Statement
The structure designed for the Watson Ranch B project is intended to be fully self supporting under
the constraints applied by the local government for snow loading, wind loading, seismic activity and
nominal forces applied by anticipated pipeline attachments. This indicates that no further building
restraint is required, so long as the building inlet and discharge pipe forces are maintained at a level
below that specified for the relevant pipe size and schedules, as laid out in ASME B31.3 regarding
occasional loading and sustained loading.
