Subject: Compaction Testing 223 Eagle Ridge Drive, Parachute Colorado
At your request Capstone Enterprises West, LLC (Capstone) tested the compaction of the foundation
pad for your construction project at 223 Eagle Ridge Drive. Due to the fact that the foundation footer
had already been poured Capstone could not test under the footer. However, the test results outside
and inside of the footer did meet the project requirements of greater than 95% of the maximum dry
density of the native soils, as determined by the Standard Proctor.
The compaction of the final grade is approved. In the future please schedule testing prior to placing
concrete forms. Let me know if you have any questions regarding this report.
