Noxious Weed Detail map prepared by Breach Environmental 2. Appraisal prepared by Jack Nisley. This is the appraisal referenced on the school district impact fee calculations sheet that was included in the initial Final Plat submission. The irrigation ditch information you requested has been incorporated into the Final Plat and the signed mylar should be delivered to the Planning Office today along with the school district impact fee check. I believe Bob Emerson has made a few minor revisions the SIA and covenants and will send those directly to the County.
