1. Install all BMPs prior to other earthwork.
2. Control all dust during construction.
3. No work is allowed within the 100 -year flood plain without a flood
plain permit from the County.
4. Remove all noxious weeds from the site prior to any earthwork
that might spread the weeds further.
5. OWTS permit will be issued with the building permit. Work on
the OWTS must not be done until the septic permit is issued.
6. Verify seed mixture with Steve Anthony at 945-1377 Ext 4305
County Vegetation Manager prior to any reseeding.
7. Follow all state stormwater permit requirements.
