Street Glenwood Springs, Colorado 81601 Attention: Dave Argo and Jim Wilson This addendum forms a part of the Construction Documents and modifies the original Documents. This information is to address the aspect of having an egress window in the Bonus Room of the home being constructed at 156 Equestrian Way, Carbondale Colorado, Lot 88. The Construction Documents note that the windows in the Bonus Room are to qualify as Egress Windows. This was to the case if the space was to be used as a bedroom sPace. It ha-s been brought to my attention that the windows noted to be installed, (2) 3'-0" x 4'- 0" single hung windows each, do not qualify for egress windows. It has been decided that the north window, Window "W", is to be replaced by a single slider 6'-0" x 4'-0" moLtnted with a head height oÍ 6'-8". Per the manufacturer's information qualifies as an egress window. This is to qualify for egress from a sleeping area. END OF ADDENDUM #1
