PLANS REFER TO SPECIFIC ITEMS ON THIS LIST.
3) OPEN -HOLE SOILS REPORT REQUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION TO VERIFY 3000 PSF.
4) ENTIRETY OF STRUCTURE SHALL BE LOCATED INSIDE THE PLATTED BUILDING ENVELOPE
FOR LOT H -38A AS SHOWN ON AMENDED FINAL PLAT DATED MARCH 11, 2020. A LOT
IMPROVEMENT CERTIFICATE, WET -SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED SURVEYOR, IS
REQUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY STRUCTURE - INCLUDING ROOF
OVERHANGS, DECKS & OTHER PROJECTIONS - COMPLIES WITH BUILDING ENVELOPE
REQUIREMENTS.
5) VERIFY INSTALLATION OF SMOKE & CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS THROUGHOUT
ENTIRETY OF EXISTING SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE PER ITEMS #32 AND #33 OF PLAN
ATTACHMENTS.
6) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD.
ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL
FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
