Box 236 Silt, CO 81652 Subject: Final OWTS Inspection Tract 22, Antlers Orchard Silt, CO 81652 Final Acceptance Letter OWTS Permit #: SEPT-6124 May 5, 2020 Mr. and Ms. Manicinas, Public Health Health 2014 Blake Avenue Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 (970) 945-6614 On April 28, 2020, we visited Tract 22 of the Antlers Orchard development in Garfield County, Colorado to observe the Onsite Wastewater Treatment System (OWTS) installation pursuant to OWTS Permit # SEPT-6124. The contractor had installed a 1,500- gallon poly septic tank, effluent lines, distribution box, and the four row gravelless chamber bed as designed by Kenneth J. Brotsky, P.E. The sewer line from the residence to the septic tank was not installed at the time of our site visit. We understand that a cleanout will be installed between the residence and septic tank once the sewer line is installed. At the time of our site visit, an effluent filter was not present in the outlet tee of the septic tank. The contractor later supplied a photo showing an effluent filter installed in the outlet tee of the tank, as required. In our opinion, this system was installed in general conformance with Garfield County OWTS Regulations. No further action or review from Garfield County Environmental Health is required regarding this permit. Thank you, T. Edward R. "Ted" White, P.E.
