1) ALL NEW WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH THE 2015 INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTIAL CODE
(I.R.C.) AND 2009 INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE (I.E.C.C.)
2) IMPROVEMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE ITEMS CONTAINED IN THE ATTACHED
"GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING REQUIREMENTS". NUMBERED REFERENCES AS NOTED
ON PLANS REFER TO SPECIFIC ITEMS ON THIS LIST.
3) WORK MUST COMPLY WITH REQUIREMENTS OF GARFIELD COUNTY LAND USE CHANGE
PERMIT # FPAA-02-20-8779 AS WELL AS THE FINAL AMENDED PLAT FOR ASPEN GLEN
P.U.D. - FILING 1.
4) PROVIDE A LOT IMPROVEMENT SURVEY AT FRAME INSPECTION TO VERIFY THAT ALL
STRUCTURES - INCLUDING ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS & PROJECTIONS - ARE FULLY
CONTAINED WITHIN THE REVISED BUILDING ENVELOPE CONFIGURATION AS SHOWN
ON THE AMENDED FINAL PLAT AND AS REFERENCED IN ITEM #3 ABOVE.
5) OPEN -HOLE SOILS REPORT IS REQUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION TO VERIFY 1500 P.S.F.
AS SPECIFIED ON STRUCTURAL ENGINEER'S DRAWINGS.
6) VERIFY INSTALLATION OF SMOKE & CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS THROUGHOUT
ENTIRETY OF EXISTING SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE PER ITEMS #32 AND #33 OF PLAN
ATTACHMENTS.
7) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD.
ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN INSPECTION IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION & ELECTRICAL
FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE
OF OCCUPANCY.
