HomeMy WebLinkAboutMemo - Underlying Gravel BedDave Argo From: Levi Jansma <levij@moodyandsons.com> Sent: Thursday, February 14, 2019 7:41 AM To: Dave Argo Subject: Moody Construction - Septic Note Attachments: MOODY septic note.pdf Dave Yesterday I turned in a Septic Permit for our new modular building permit proposal. I talked to Andy briefly about using a vault, he has said it will be okay. But he wanted a note about the underlying gravel bed/structure. I have attached an official note to add to the file folder with our permit. Thank you for your time and help in this process! „ MOODY 0ONSTIUCTI'DI a Silt INC. tam .0.. • Imvirsuiiilil • Iassoiilil Levi Jansma Project Manager / Estimator 1629 P Road Loma, CO 81524 Office #: 970-379-9192 Cell #: 406-360-9918 Ievij@moodyandsons.com 1 MOODY CONSTIIUCTION & SONS, INC. Earth Moving - Environmental - Commercial Septic Permit For new Office Modular Construction When filing for the new Septic Installation Permit, Moody Construction & Sons, Inc., decided to implement a pump vault design over a leach field design. The reason for this decision is that the area where the septic will be needed is on top of an old reclaimed gravel mine operation. With the fill beneath the reclaim not being of a natural gravel bed the use of a pump vault system will be ideal. (9101 319-9192 • 1629 R Road • Loma, CO 81524
