This area is based on my measurements on sheet C2 of the gradíng permít. There is a slight difference on High Country Engineeríng's exhibit D-2 which shows an approximate límits of 8.4 acres. I belíeve the difference in area of 9.9 acres to 8.4 acres is attributed to the actual límits of construction activity includíng internal grading and access roadways to perform the earthwork. We do not need to renew the bond now, but it is important to monitor. Also, I believe the state stormwater permit is good for 10 years. The grading permít is subject to the 6-month reviews. No doubt the dust issue is harder to mítigate during the summer. Thanks for doing a good job. We have not had any complaints yet this season. lt is also important to maintaín the stormwater maintenance and reporting as outlined in the report. The state does do períotic inspections duríng the building season. They are not busy with any oil and gas projects and may get involved with more construction related projects.
