Dear Ms. Cicero,
The Prince Creek Estates (PCE) Design Committee received remodeling plans for0941 Prince Creek
Road, Carbondale, CO 81623 on May 20, 2020 from Erica Cicero. The PCE Design Committee met on
May 21, 2020 and agreed that the approval for interior improvements is outside the committee's
authority.
The proposed changes to the exterior are within the PCE Design Committee's authority and approve all
proposed modifications.
