COUN Y i}W:Li11iJi & r'LANNING To Whom It May Concern: I am the Architect representing Marian Nilsen in her application for a building permit for an ADU at 489 Rose Lane, Carbondale. The building in question was existing when the owner bought the property therefore the drawings submitted are "as -built" drawings. I have examined the structure and found that it meets the requirements of the 1993 IBC. The owner has received a final electrical inspection from the state. The owner has applied for and received a septic permit to serve this ADU and the main residence (which is currently being remodeled with a building permit). The system has been installed and inspected by the engineers who designed the system (see attached).
