AND MANUFACTURERS' REQUIREMENTS. 2) IMPROVEMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE ITEMS CONTAINED IN THE ATTACHED "GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING REQUIREMENTS". NUMBERED REFERENCES AS NOTED ON PLANS REFER TO SPECIFIC ITEMS ON THIS LIST. 3) PROPOSED BUILDING IS APPROVED AS A RESIDENTIAL ACCESSORY STRUCTURE TO THE PRIMARY RESIDENCE. ANY FUTURE CHANGE IN USE OR OCCUPANCY (FOR EXAMPLE, COMMERCIAL USE) MAY REQUIRE A LAND -USE CHANGE PERMIT AND/OR ADDITIONAL BUILDING PERMITS. 4) OPEN -HOLE SOILS REPORT IS REQUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION, 1500 P.S.F. 5) A WALK-THROUGH SIDE -HINGED DOOR (MIN. SIZE: 36" WIDE X 80" HT.) FOR EGRESS IS REQUIRED. 6) LIGHT AND VENTILATION AS PER 2015 I.B.C., CHAPTER 12. 7) HEATING AND MECHANICAL SYSTEMS PER ITEMS #58, 59, 62-65, 71 (AS APPLICABLE) ON PLAN ATTACHMENTS. 8) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
