Specifically, the lower two of five total Non -pressurized Drip Dispersal System (NDDS) zones had failed. The replacement design consists of a pump, automatic distributing valve, and two gravelless chamber trenches consisting of 21 Quick4 Infiltrator chambers per trench (42 total). The trenches replace the failed NDDS zones only; there is a potential to replace the other zones with additional trenches added to the installed trenches. These repairs were installed in fall of 2019, prior to obtaining a permit. If the future trenches are to be installed, Garfield County Public Health must be contacted prior to backfilling these additional trenches. In our opinion, the OWTS components were installed in general conformance with Garfield County OWTS Regulations. No further action or review from Garfield County Environmental Health is required regarding this permit. An As -Built drawing of the system is not required to be submitted to close out this permit, as the engineer's installation report was submitted as part of the permit application.
