If, at some future date, the Owner wishes to convert basement habitable area into a separate dwelling unit, a building permit will be required for a change of use and fire separation requirements of the Building Code will apply. Wet Bar Requirements: A FULL-SIZE KITCHEN IS NOT ALLOWED AT THE BASEMENT. A WET BAR IS ALLOWED, BUT COUNTERTOP AREA IS LIMITED TO 25 SQUARE FEET MAX.
