I am currently reviewing a new residence for Czajka up in Elk Springs — Filing 2, Lot 12.
However, we cannot finalize our plan review or issue permits until the following items have been submitted to our office
for review:
• Soils Report— please submit a digital copy of this site specific report via email
• Engineered Site Grading and Drainage Plan — as prepared by a Colorado licensed Professional Engineer
■ Engineered OWTS design — as prepared by a Colorado licensed Professional Engineer
For your reference, the attached PDF provides verbiage included on the Final Plat (see red box) clearly stating that these
items must be submitted to the Building Dept. before we can issue a building permit for this project.
Please provide (2) copies of the engineered Site Grading & Drainage Plan and the OWTS plans to our office, as well as
forwarding a digital copy of the soils report to me via email.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter, and we will place this project in our "pending" file until we receive
this requested information.

1. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the owner of each lot
shall prepare and submit a soils aril inundation res<port, on
I.S.D S. design, a grading cnd drainage pion. and a
geologically acceptable building envelope prepared and
certified by a professional engineer, X411 improvements shall
be constructed in accordance with such measures which shall be
a condition of the building permit
2. The recommendations of the Colorado State Forester and the
Firs Chief, as set forth in the Supplemental Declaration dated
September 1992 shall be fol/owed in the construction of
a// structures.
3. Lots shall not be resubdivided.
4. Each lot owner shall be rew,tuired to enter into a potable water
delivery agreement with Red Canyon J#ater Company.

To follow up Dave's request for more information please disregard item #3 - Engineered OWTS Design. This
has been received by the owner.
To clarify Dave is still requiring items #1 and #2. And we will place the project in our "pending" file until this
requested information is received.
