Glenn & Patrick:
Are you guys aware of any pending subdivision of Wayne Pollard's property north of Silt? His daughter, Paige Haderlie
has submitted a building permit for a new home to be built on a piece of property that doesn't exactly exist right now
and as near as I can tell it is the NE corner of Pollard's property shown on the attachment. I am not inclined to review
plans for this project until it sits on a legal parcel, but thought I should at least check in with both of you to see if you are
aware of any pending subdivision. If one is in progress, please let Paige know that I can't proceed with reviewing the
building permit at this time.
*Note: From my cursory review, it looks like driveway access to this site will be interesting, if not difficult to achieve.

Absolutely Dave, and as far as the reflection on the published parcel map, you may need to check in with Andrea on that
as it pertains to the parcel update, our records already reflect the transfer and I've made the map edits, but she will
have the insight as to the parcel update portion.

Thanks for your insight. One last question: When will the change of ownership be reflected on the GIS mapping that we
utilize? It still shows Pollard as the owner of the entire property, including the split -off piece for Haderlie which is
illustrated as a portion of the whole piece right now.

Good Morning Dave,
I'd be happy to weigh in. The parcel no. referenced in my email to Lindsay below was created via a split per deed process
triggered by the conveyance from Pollard to Haderlie per Special Warranty Deed reception no. 938077, the parcel from
which the Haderlie's new parcel was broken out is Pollard -owned schedule no. R200349. As it was a conveyance of a
platted Antlers Orchard Lot, no further documentation was needed by my office to create the new tax schedule. This
split process has been completed, and our office is valuing the property in question as schedule no. R084513. As far as
the land use is concerned, I wouldn't have any insight as to where that stands. As far as access is concerned, nothing was
particularly "submitted" to my office and I'm not showing anything recorded thus far indicating a conveyance of any sort
of easement, but the applicants may have further info regarding their access in their title work perhaps?

I wanted to ask you about the split of Wayne Pollard's land as referenced in the email correspondence below between
you & Lindsay Krol. More specifically, when do you expect that this process will be finalized and recorded? We typically
do not issue building permits until land use change permits and issues like this one have been fully resolved, and I'd just
like to have an idea about when that might be.
Also, did they submit any information to you regarding access to this new parcel? Nothing was provided on the site plan
they submitted to our office, and if you do have anything that addresses this issue it would be greatly appreciated if you
could share it with us.

First and foremost happy Friday my friend!
I apologize for the delay in response I was out of the office for a week and just got back yesterday and was slammed all
day as I was the sole person in office, so I am still chipping away at my catch-up from being away, but I wanted to be
sure I got this addressed for you.
This parcel was a split per deed from Wayne Pollard -owned schedule no. R200349, being split off by virtue of Special
Warranty Deed reception no. 938077. Our office is currently still in the process of working this split work flow, but I have
created and assigned a new parcel no. for Tract 37 of AOD. This new parcel no. is:
2127-363-00-081

Subject: LOOKING FOR A PARCEL #
Happy Monday!
I received a building permit application for a new single family residence to be located on what the applicant
has described as "legal Tract 37 of Antlers Orchard Dev."
They said that a PIN# hasn't been assigned yet. The property was purchased by Paige and Zane Haderlie. I
wasn't able to locate the property on GIS by name and I was wondering if you could help me out. Their site
plan doesn't offer much. Do you know if this may be part of the Wayne Pollard parcel 212735300056?
