APPROVALS ISSUED THROUGH GARFIELD COUNTY'S COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT DO NOT ALLOW FOR ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS IN THIS SUBDIVISION. 4) A LOT IMPROVEMENT CERTIFICATE, SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED SURVEYOR, IS REQUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY STRUCTURE - INCLUDING ROOF OVERHANGS, DECKS AND OTHER PROJECTIONS - IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM SETBACKS AND/OR BUILDING ENVELOPE REQUIREMENTS. 5) OPEN -HOLE SOILS REPORT REQUIRED AT FOOTING INSPECTION, 3000 P.S.F. 6) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING & INSPECTIONS ARE BY THE COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD. ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAMING INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FINAL BUILDING INSPECTION AND CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
