REDLINED NUMERICAL NOTATIONS ON PLANS REFER TO ANNOTATED ITEMS ON THE
ATTACHED "RESIDENTIAL PLAN REVIEW LIST".
3) CONSTRUCTION WORK LOCATED ON THIS PROPERTY "SHALL NOT TAKE PLACE BETWEEN
FEBRUARY 15 AND MAY 31" — AS STIPULATED IN IRONBRIDGE PUD's PHASE 1 AMENDED
FINAL PLAT (AS PER PLAT NOTE #6). WORK AT THE PROJECT SITE IS SPECIFICALLY HELD
TO PROVISIONS OF THIS REQUIREMENT.
4) A LOT IMPROVEMENT CERTIFICATE SEALED BY A COLORADO LICENSED SURVEYOR IS
REQUIRED AT FOUNDATION INSPECTION TO VERIFY THAT THE STRUCTURE — INCLUDING
ROOF OVERHANGS — WILL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH BUILDING ENVELOPE LIMITATIONS.
5) GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER TO PROVIDE OPEN -HOLE INSPECTION REPORT VERIFYING
1,500 P.S.F. BEARING CAPACITY REQUIREMENT.
6) ELECTRICAL PERMITTING AND INSPECTIONS BY COLORADO STATE ELECTRICAL BOARD,
ELECTRICAL ROUGH -IN APPROVAL IS REQUIRED AT FRAME INSPECTION. ELECTRICAL
FINAL APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR FINAL INSPECTION & CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
