SE Job No. 19211.01, Parcel No. 239501400136 County Building Permit BLCO-05-20-6271 Dear Gentleman: Pursuant to discussions with and the request by the Garfield County Building Department Inspector about the inspection process for the sand and oil interceptor and dry drainage basin, this letter provides documentation that the As -Constructed —Oil Sand Detention tank, Surface Grading and Drainage Systems recently installed at the above referenced site is in compliance with the permitted design. Sopris Engineering inspected the excavations, soils, oil/sand tank, drywell basins, piping, backfill materials and the installation of the system components. Various inspections were performed during construction, prior to final backfill and after all installations were completed in coordination with the Earth moving contractor, Holmes Excavation and the general contractor, PNCi Construction, Inc. Sopris Engineering performed a final inspection of the drainage systems and completed access drives and parking areas today. The as -constructed grading and drainage conditions associated with the driveways, parking area and installation of the floor and surface drainage management system components is in compliance with Garfield County Regulations; the recommendations and specifications delineated on the civil C3 Grading and Drainage Plan Permit/Construction drawing dated 05-08-2020 and the final revised 100% CD version of the same C3 Grading and Drainage Plan drawing dated, 07-31-20 by Sopris Engineering. Based on final Inspections by Sopris Engineering, the As -Constructed location and functionality of the access driveways, parking areas and all the proposed asphalt and concrete apron areas are determined to be safe and adequate having been constructed as designed.
