Roger & Brad:
I have reviewed the updated plans for Bracey (Permit #BLRE-09-20-6518) and have only one issue that needs to be
addressed before we can issue a building permit:
• Engineered Site Grading & Drainage Plan — As per the final plat, each lot within Elk Springs requires a Site
Grading & Drainage Plan as prepared and stamped by a Colorado licensed Engineer. The previously submitted
set of plans for this project (by D.M. Neuman) included four Civil/Site Plan sheets (C1 — C4) as prepared by SGM
Engineers. I would suggest that you contact your client or SGM to obtain (2) copies of these sheets so that you
can submit them to our office as an addendum to this set of plans, which will allow us to finalize our plan review
& issue the permit.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter, and please contact Lindsay to make arrangements to drop off plans
at our office.
